Delivery and Payment Policy

I. Delivery Policy

1.1 Delivery Area

We deliver nationwide within Vietnam, through the shipping carrier Viettel Post.

1.2 Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 10 – 15 working days from the time the order is successfully confirmed.

In some special cases (for example: pre-order products, events, or objective factors such as transportation conditions, weather, etc.), the delivery time may change. Customers will be notified if there are any delays.

1.3 Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the items in the order (please check the “Total Payment” section).
 

In case the customer refuses to receive the order after it has been delivered to the registered address, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

1.4 Inspection and Receipt of Goods

Customers are allowed to check the external condition of the package (seal, product box) before receiving the goods.

Please refuse to receive the package if the packaging is torn, shows signs of being opened, or if the product is not the one that was ordered.

II. Payment Policy

2.1 Payment Methods

Customers can choose online payment methods via the VNPay payment gateway as follows:

- Bank transfer

- Cards including all types of bank cards

2.2 Order Confirmation Process

After placing the order and completing the payment successfully, the system will:

- Return to the successful payment confirmation screen

- Send an order confirmation email

Or customers can check their order in the <My Order> section.

2.3 Invoice Issuance

If you need a Value Added Tax (VAT) invoice, please provide the required information in the order at the time of placing the order before making payment.

Required information includes:

- Company name:

- Tax code:

- Address:

The invoice will be issued within the same day. After the specified time period, invoice issuance will not be supported.
